Mexican night at Sofitel The luxurious French hotel will host dinner at its Balta restaurant, with a regional menu from chef Luis Escamilla and Paula Muñoz. The menu will highlight moles, marinades, seafood, and of course, the traditional chile en nogada with a French twist: confit duck. The Zozt Cocoa cocktail will also be served, made with Ancho Reyes, chocolate, brown sugar and cinnamon, which is perfect with the desserts that pastry chef Fernanda Prado has prepared for the occasion: tmarindo macarons, milk chocolate, hibiscus, Oaxacan mole, peanut, ancho chili and orange crowbar. Tacos at Casa Kun

Located in the Carlota hotel, this restaurant by chef Fernando Martínez will offer from 3:00 p.m. until the night is over, a night of tacos made with ingredients from local producers, and in all kinds of versions, from tacos de suadero to tacos Peace style. September 15 in Arango Arango Kitchen of roots will celebrate Independence with a menu by chef Alejandro Cuatepotzo, which includes, among other things, guacamole with pork belly pork rinds, suadero cake with black pipián, mushrooms with chili marinade, seafood pozole, barbecue of chamorro de pork, grilled New York with garlic butter, citrus and herbs, and corn pancakes with honey ice cream and pennyroyal. Cha Cha Chá Terrace If you want to celebrate in a casual atmosphere and with an incredible view, Terraza Cha Cha Chá is your best option, especially if the national distillate is your thing.
