Access to the Building via the Parking Lot

If you need to use the parking lot, share your vehicle information ( Make, Model, Color and License Plate ).
Drive slowly and carefully, always turning left until you reach basement 3 .
Box 394 and 395 are private and reserved exclusively for you. These numbers are indicated on the back wall of the box.
When leaving the apartment, take your car out of the parking lot without the need for a card or token. Please leave the parking access card on the kitchen counter.

Note: Card or token replacement costs $1,500 MXN each.

Garbage Disposal

Do not leave trash outside the apartment or in common areas , as the fine is $3,000 MXN .

The trash room is located in basement 1. Exit the elevator, turn right, follow the hallway until you hit the wall, then turn right again. At the end you will find the trash room door. Note: If you have large boxes or trash, please take them directly to the trash room to avoid clogging the duct.

Pool and Jacuzzi: Reservations required with security staff on the 16th floor.
Business Center: Located on the ground floor . Reservations required for access. Hours: 8 am to 10 pm .

Rooftop: Located on the 22nd floor . Reservations are required to use the paddle tennis court or grills. The cost is $1,500 MXN , plus a $5,000 MXN deposit as a guarantee for possible damages. Hours: 8 am to 10 pm .
