Pedestrian Access to the Building and Department

Enter through the main entrance of the tower, located to the left of the front of the property. You will find a large glass door.
Security staff will ask you to show the QR code we sent you to access the lobby.
In the lobby, you may be asked for your QR code again to access the elevator area, which is located on the right.
Press the elevator button on the right side and select the 21st floor.
Upon reaching the 21st floor, exit the elevator, turn right and follow the hallway to apartment 2106 .
Place your hand on the lock to turn on the keypad and enter your personal code to open the lock.

Access to the Building via the Parking Lot

If you need to use the parking lot, share your vehicle information: Make, Model, Color, and License Plate .
Show your QR to security personnel for access.
Drive to level 8, always turning right with caution.
Space 1036 is private and reserved exclusively for you. Avoid fines by parking only in that spot.

Garbage Disposal

The trash room is on the ground floor. Exit the elevator, turn left and follow the hallway to the wooden door. Turn left and then right to reach the trash room. If you have any questions, ask security.
Please do not leave trash in common areas ; the fine is $3,000 MXN.

Safe Operation:

Enter your 4-digit code followed by "#" to close. To open, enter the same code followed by "#".

Remember to leave the safe open during check-out and remove all your personal items.

Access to Amenities:

Amenities are located on the A floor . As you exit the elevators, turn right to find the Gym, Co-working, and Sports Bar . Turn left for the pool, jacuzzi, and steam rooms . The beautiful terraces are also located in this area. To use the jacuzzi, reservations are required during peak times.
