Accesspedestrian to the building and apartment:
Access through the main entrance of the tower. This is located on the left side of the front of the the property. There you will find a large glass door. There, the security guards will ask you to show the QR code that we sent you. It will give you access to the lobby. Once you arrive at the lobby desk, you may be asked again to show your QR to access the elevator area on the right. When you reach the elevator bank, press the elevator button on the right side. Once inside the elevator, press the number 21. When you reach the 21st floor, exit the elevator and turn right. Continue down the hallway until you find apartment 2106 on the left side. Put your hand on the key to turn on the keyboard and enter your personal and private key to open the lock.

Access to the building through the parking lot:
- If you need to use the parking lot, share your vehicle information
Brand, Model, Color, Plate.
- Request access to security personnel and show your QR to give you access to the parking lot.
- Go up to level 8 with caution and slowly, always turning to the right until you reach level 8.
- Box 1036 is private and you can only park in this place. Avoid fines and only park in the assigned space.

Garbage disposal:
- The garbage room is located on the ground floor. Exit the elevator, turn left, and walk down the hallway until you reach the wooden door. Take a left and then a right to reach the garbage room. If you have any questions, ask the security staff. Enter and leave the garbage bag. Under no circumstances leave the garbage outside the apartment in common areas, as the fine is $3,000.00.

Safe operation
- Safe operation: just input your 4 digit code followed by the "#" and will lock. To pen input the same code followed by the "#" . Please leave the safe open when you check-out and ensure you took all your personal values.

Access to Amenities
They are located on floor A. Exit the elevators and turn right. There you will find the Gym, Co-working space, and Sports Bar. Turning left, you will find the pool, jacuzzi, and the bathrooms where the steam room is located. You will also find the beautiful terraces here. Reservations are required for the Jacuzzi during peak hours.
